Lovely items, just a shame about communication

I purchased several champagne flutes and coat hangers. They were beautiful, excellent quality and well priced. The order took a lot longer to come than expected to the point where I thought I may have been scammed but I later learned the owner has been in hospital. Some communication around this and an update would have been helpful to know when we might be able to expect the order (it had been nearly a month at this point) but regardless would use again and was really pleased with the final products
